To sell your home in the least amount of time, at the highest possible price, I will:

  • Guide you through the process of understanding your actual market value and how to price your home competitively
  • Utilize a professional staging service, photographer and additional contractors as needed
  • Design a custom flyer, including professional, color photos, highlighting the unique features of your home
  • Install a professional yard sign and house key lock‐box, as well as directional arrow signs leading buyers to your property
  • Submit your home to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) to maximize traffic of qualified buyers to your home
  • Market your home on top real estate web sites including Windermere, Google, Zillow, Yahoo, Trulia and Realtor.com
  • Utilize my team’s extensive database to reach potential buying agents and qualified home buyers
  • Create maximum exposure for your home via email, phone calls, flyers and door knocking
  • Hold special events for real estate brokers and “sneak previews” for well-qualified buyers, prior to the initial open house
  • Pre‐qualify prospective buyers with our in-office, mortgage lending expert to verify that all finances are in order
  • Follow up with each realtor who has shown your home, to solicit feedback and relay that information to you via email/ phone
  • Represent you on all offer presentations to negotiate the best possible price and terms
  • Proactively manage the contract and all computation of time, upon acceptance, including all mortgage, title, and additional closing procedures
  • Expedite the processing of your funds at closing
